Madonna povesteste despre viol

Cand Madonna s-a mutat pentru prima oara in New York la varsta de 19 ani, ea a fost abuzata sexual. Cantareata a povestit despre cum a fost violate in trecut, scriind despre atac intr-un esseu pentru Harper’s Bazzar. Joi, Madonna a vorbit cu Howard Stern despre motivul pentru care ea nu sa dus la politite sa faca reclamatie.

“I was going to a dance class and the door was locked and I needed money for the telephone, the pay phone,” she said. “This man gave it to me.” Madonna said he offered to help her make the call. “He was a very friendly guy.”

“He said, ‘Well I just live right across the street, do you want to make a phone call from my house?'”

Madonna a explicat, ea fiind din Michigan, ea avea “incredere in toti” desi apartamentul ei a fost spart de mai multe ori si a avut un prim an “nebun” in New York.

Cand omul a dus-o pe Madonna in apartamentul lui, el a abuzat de ea sexual amenintand-o cu un cutit. Madonna a spus ca a decis sa nu faca denuntul la politite.  “I was told that if I wanted to press charges, I’d have to do a physical examination, I have to go before the court, they are going to ask you all these personal questions.” – (Mi sa spus ca daca vreau sa depun plangere atunci trebuie sa fac examen psihologic, trebuie sa ma duc la judecata si o sa ma intrebe lucruri personale.)

“You’ve already been violated,” said Madonna, “So then do you want to talk about it? Do you want to make it public? No, it’s just not worth it. It’s too humiliating.” – (Daca ai fost violata nu mai vrei sa vorbesti despre acest lucru, nu vrei sa faci public acest lucru, nu merita este prea umilitor.)
